Located in Dongcheng District, Dongguan — the heart of China’s manufacturing hub — Guangdong Changye Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. is a trusted manufacturer of high-precision hardware and mechanical components, specializing in professional non-standard customization for global industrial partners.

We build what your drawing specifies — not what a catalog limits you to

Non-standard customization is our core business. From forging and die casting through CNC machining, sheet metal, stamping and wire EDM, Changye runs six core manufacturing pillars under one roof in Dongguan. That means your part is designed, produced and verified by a single accountable partner — no fragmented supply chain, no tolerance drift between vendors, no finger-pointing when dimensions don’t line up.

Why precision is non-negotiable in custom hardware

A non-standard component only works if it is made to spec, every time. A tenth of a millimeter off on a mating feature means scrap, rework, or a failure in the field. Here is what tight-tolerance manufacturing buys your program.

  • Fit & Function — parts assemble first time, no filing or shimming.
  • Interchangeability — any unit from any batch drops into the same slot.
  • Performance Under Load — even stress spread extends service life.
  • Lower Total Cost — right first time eliminates scrap and warranty claims.

Our Projects

The Two Processes

CNC Turning vs. CNC Milling — and how we use both

Turning and milling are complementary metal-cutting processes. Knowing which fits a given feature is how we hit ±0.01 mm efficiently. Changye runs both on multi-axis machines so a single component can be turned and milled in one setup.

CNC TURNING

The workpiece spins; the tool stays put

In turning, the part rotates at high speed against a stationary single-point cutter. It is the fastest, cleanest route to cylindrical and axisymmetric parts — shafts, bushings, pins, threaded studs and connectors — with excellent surface finish and repeatability on round geometries.

CNC MILLING

The tool spins; the workpiece stays put

In milling, a rotating multi-point cutter removes material from a stationary part. It excels at complex, non-round geometry — brackets, plates, housings, fixtures and custom enclosures — including 3D contours on 5-axis machines.

Most of our parts use both

A precision mount may be milled for its bolt pattern and contours, then turned for a concentric bore. Because both live on our floor, we combine operations in a single setup — tighter concentricity, fewer handling errors, shorter lead time.

What we hold

Wire EDM: ±0.005 mm for the most complex geometries. CNC machining: ±0.01 mm for critical assemblies. Critical features are verified on precision metrology (CMM) before release.

How we control it

Inspection at critical stages · CMM verification for custom tooling · in-process documentation & traceability · real-time monitoring of dimensional accuracy across all six pillars.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our CNC precision machining pillar covers multi-axis turning and milling — and we often combine both in a single setup for tighter concentricity and shorter lead time.

Absolutely — non-standard customization is our specialty. We build to your drawing, material and tolerance rather than a fixed catalog.

Aluminum, zinc, magnesium and specialty alloys; steel and stainless; copper and brass; engineering plastics; and hard/exotic metals via wire EDM.

We support everything from single prototypes to medium-to-high volume production, with no hard minimum order quantity. Prototypes are typically delivered in 5–7 days; volume lead times are assessed by quantity and process complexity. With a flexible line and standardized process, unit cost drops as volume rises.

Yes. We run custom orders from single prototypes upward, with no penalty for low volume during the prototyping phase.

Yes. We produce to the standard and documentation framework your program requires, with inspection and traceability built in.
