Located in Dongcheng District, Dongguan — the heart of China’s manufacturing hub — Guangdong Changye Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. is a trusted manufacturer of high-precision hardware and mechanical components, specializing in professional non-standard customization for global industrial partners.
Our technical expertise spans across a set of core manufacturing pillars, allowing us to build complex, tight-tolerance parts under one quality system rather than coordinating multiple vendors.
For high-strength and complex alloy components.
Achieving tolerances up to ±0.01mm for critical assemblies.
For versatile structural parts and high-volume precision pieces.
Solving the most complex geometric challenges with extreme accuracy (±0.005mm).
Our unique strength is in combining CNC machining with processes like custom steel forging, casting, extrusion, and surface treatment. This integrated approach enables us to deliver comprehensive supply chain solutions that surpass standard machining services by optimizing material usage, and ensuring superior quality and efficiency at every stage.
Non-standard customization means we manufacture parts to your drawing or sample rather than from a catalog. We build brackets, housings, shafts, flanges, connectors, punches, fasteners and other precision hardware that off-the-shelf suppliers can’t match — in the material, tolerance and finish your application requires.
We operate across forging & die casting, CNC precision machining (±0.01mm), sheet metal & stamping, and wire EDM (±0.005mm), and we integrate adjacent processes such as custom steel forging, casting, extrusion and surface treatment. This one-stop chain lets us take a part from raw material to finished component under a single quality system.
We work with a wide range of metals — carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium and exotic alloys — plus cast and forged stock. Material is sourced to your specification with full traceability; tell us the grade, or let our engineers recommend the most cost-effective option for your part.
CNC precision machining holds up to ±0.01mm on critical assemblies, and wire EDM reaches ±0.005mm for complex profiles and sharp internal corners. Final tolerance depends on geometry, material and process; we confirm the achievable tolerance against your drawing during quoting.
Lead time depends on part complexity, process mix and order volume. Prototypes and first articles are usually turned around in 1–2 weeks, while mass production typically runs 3–6 weeks after sample approval. Exact dates are confirmed in your quotation so you can plan with confidence.
We support both ends of the spectrum — from single prototypes and low-volume bridge production to high-volume runs. There is no rigid minimum; MOQ is assessed per project, and our integrated process chain keeps small batches economical without setup penalties.
Send your 2D/3D drawings in CAD, STEP, IGES, SolidWorks or PDF, plus material, tolerance, finish and quantity requirements. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our quote. If you only have a sample or sketch, our engineers can reverse-engineer and finalize the design with you.
Yes. Our engineers review every inquiry for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) — suggesting the most economical process, material and tolerance strategy to cut cost and lead time without compromising function. We collaborate from concept through production, including prototyping and iteration.
Surface treatment is part of our integrated offering. We provide anodizing, plating (nickel, zinc, chrome), powder coating, polishing, sandblasting, black oxide, heat treatment and more — coordinated with machining so your part arrives finished and inspection-ready.
Quality is built in, not inspected in at the end. We run in-process checks at critical stages, use CMM and precision metrology for verification, and maintain full traceability of material and process. Every shipment is accompanied by dimensional and visual inspection before it leaves the factory.
Yes. We supply material certificates and inspection (QC) reports with shipments, and can provide PPAP documentation for automotive and other regulated programs on request. Third-party material testing is available when your specification requires it.
We supply precision hardware and mechanical components to industrial automation, electronics, medical devices, automotive, new energy / photovoltaic, optical and photoelectric equipment, and general machinery — anywhere a non-standard, tight-tolerance part is needed.
Your designs are confidential. We sign NDAs on request, restrict drawing access to the project team, and never reuse or resell customer-specific geometry. IP protection is standard practice for our global OEM and integrator partnerships.
We ship worldwide by air or sea and support common incoterms such as EXW, FOB and CIF; DDP can be arranged for selected markets. Packaging is tailored to part sensitivity, and we coordinate export documentation for smooth customs clearance.
It’s simple: (1) send your drawing and requirements, (2) receive a DFM review and quotation, (3) approve a prototype / first article, (4) move to mass production with agreed lead times. Contact our team at sales@changye-photoelectric.com to begin.
