German Röders High-Speed CNC Machining Centers
Our factory operates German Röders three-axis and five-axis high-speed machining centers, including the RXP601DSH and RXP500 series. These machines are designed for precision machining, high-speed cutting and fine surface finishing.
With machining accuracy reaching ±0.003 mm under suitable part and process conditions, Röders equipment is especially suitable for high-precision molds, optical components, precision cavities, complex contours and parts requiring excellent surface quality.

Japanese Mazak Five-Axis Mill-Turn Centers
Our Japanese Mazak five-axis mill-turn machining centers combine milling and turning operations on one machine. This allows complex components to be completed with fewer setups, reducing repeated positioning and improving the relationship between critical features.
Mazak equipment is suitable for shafts, flanges, housings, rotary components and other parts containing both turned and milled features. Fewer machining setups also help shorten production cycles and improve consistency across repeat orders.

Beijing Jingdiao JD Five-Axis High-Speed Machining Centers
Our Beijing Jingdiao JD five-axis high-speed machining centers provide flexible production capacity for small, detailed and complex precision components. They are suitable for machining multi-angle surfaces, small cavities, precision holes and intricate three-dimensional profiles.
Together with our Mazak equipment, the Jingdiao machining centers form a fleet of 29 five-axis CNC and mill-turn machines. This production capacity enables Changye to manage multiple customer projects while maintaining reliable manufacturing schedules and consistent quality.

Five-axis machining allows the cutting tool to approach a component from multiple directions. Complex angles and features on several sides can therefore be machined without repeatedly removing and repositioning the workpiece.
