Changye provides custom CNC milling services for components requiring accurate holes, slots, pockets, threads, profiles and mating surfaces. We manufacture aluminum housings, precision plates, mechanical blocks, fixtures and other non-standard parts directly from customer-supplied 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.

Our Dongguan factory is equipped to support rapid prototypes, low-volume production and recurring orders. With experienced machinists, controlled machining processes and in-process inspection, we can achieve machining tolerances down to 0.01 mm where part design, material and feature conditions permit. Secondary services such as deburring, polishing, anodizing, plating and heat treatment can also be arranged.
